STORE PICK UP BY THE CUSTOMER OR A DESIGNATED PERSON

Our staff will double check with the customer, the order details before passing the products. If there are any missing items in the order and not available on the shelves they will be reimbursed or replaced by equivalent priced items at that time.

Paid items cannot be cancelled, refunded, nor replaced with other items if the packed items are as per the order.

Our staff will call the customer if items are not picked up by the selected time slot as a reminder but items not picked up on the day selected by the customer will not be kept till next day nor reimbursed.

If there is an issue with the picked up items, we can replace or refund if the customer informs us by sending images or returning products on the day of pick up.

PICKME FLASH PICK UP

PickMe flash delivery will need to be arranged by the customer and its cost is borne by the customer.

We guarantee that each order is accurate and properly packed by 2 staff before passing to the driver.

Product damage is PickMe flash’s not our responsibility though our staff will ensure fragile items like pastry are transported on top of heavier products like bread loaves.

We are not liable if the products cannot be delivered due to 1) wrong address 2) wrong number 3) absence or not reachable customer.

PAYMENT POLICY

Quoted prices on our e-shop are inclusive of mandatory VAT and SSCL taxes.

Online payment is facilitated by WEBEXPAY gateway.

Your order will be confirmed once payment has been processed.
